Located on the famous Saint- Jean street in Old Town, Chez Boulay offers traditional revisited cuisine with local products. Opened in 2012, the restaurant is named with the chef Jean -Luc Boulay’s name, who had the good idea to hire a young talented chef, Arnaud Marchand, who was finalist of the TV show Les Chefs in 2010.
In the restaurantt the setting is clear and sober, the atmosphere is chic and trendy, the restaurant team is listening to customers.
The menu offers sausage or cheese boards, bison tartare, snow crab, braised cheek of veal sweetbreads, salmon or scallops.
The wine choice is rich and varied. You can finish your meal with sweet delights such as the maple ice-cream or caramel creamy heart. The food is really good, we enjoy.
You can also try the weekend brunch, which is casual with a family atmosphere.
