During my holidays I have travelled miles. Every day it was several hundred behind the wheel, plus a dozen during my hikes or excursions. Under these conditions to eat well became more complicated, and the evening fatigue took precedence over hunger. But strangely since I got back from vacation I only think about eating. The fever of Festival d’été de Québec

Festival d’été de Québec (FEQ) is the musical event of the year in Quebec City, one of the biggest in Canada. When I arrived in the city, everyone I met told me about it, each time with great enthusiasm. “You’ll see, the festival is fun!”, people told me incessantly. Others, however, were more nostalgic, and were remembering about the festival when the festival was free or almost, and looked somewhat like a village feast. It must be said that the festival has changed a lot since its founding in 1968. Since its creation the festival has grown over the years with more and more artists. More renowned also. Today there are hundreds of artists performing on ten stages.

Tora-Ya Ramen

Today is Mother’s Day, what is more normal than thinking about your mom! This day is celebrated in France the last Sunday of May, while in Canada and in the United States the celebration is held the second Sunday of May. So what is the link with pizza? None. Just wanted to eat one. I also thought that I will feel less stupid when my family will ask me the question: “Is the pizza dough homemade?”.
